Great service, convenient location and comfortable room. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel is located in a prime area, close to shopping and dining options. The room was clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast spread was limited and the food quality could be improved. The gym facility was small and not well-maintained.

Personalized Service
During my recent stay at Park Ascent, I had a fantastic experience with the personalized service provided. The staff, particularly Shobit, were pretty good too ensure my comfort during the 4-day stay. Shobit's attentiveness and excellent service made me eagerly anticipate my next trip back to the hotel. The dedication of staff members like Shobit and Arjun from housekeeping made my stay nice and worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food that the hotel served. the parking attendants were very kind and helpful, even at late hours. Finally, check-in was quick and hassle-free, making our arrival very comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. the decor was nice and the lights added a nice touch. the staff was polite and prompt in serving the food.
The room was small and cramped, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The location was great, with easy access to the Metro and close to the business district. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar was a great place to relax and unwind. The spa and wellness centre provided a perfect way to de-stress after a long day. we had a fantastic experience here.
Highly recommend this hotel to all.

Spent my Xmas holiday at a 4-star hotel and had a pleasant experience. the food is very good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the location is ideal as it is close to amenities and public transport.
The Wi-Fi connection can be improved. It was frustratingly slow, which made it difficult to do any work online.
